Subprojects should appear indented in the left column Projects list. It's important to identify the hierarchy of each projects.

You can add some spaces before your subproject name and you get indentation in the project explorer view right now.
Example
Project one: TAB SPACE SPACE SubProject:

Josh... now that's the kind of suggestion that I appreciate! Just make it work, no extra work required by Jesse :) But with that said the next dev release should have this problem fixed for real.
